Claudio Iglesias Darriba

Claudio Iglesias Darriba, LL.M., PhD, is a distinguished lawyer with a solid professional background. He holds a Law degree from the International University of La Rioja (Spain) and a professional Law degree (abogado) from the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina), which qualifies him to practice law in Spain and Argentina. He has held key roles in major economic and business institutions and organizations in Argentina.

Throughout his career, Iglesias Darriba served as Secretary of the General Confederation of Industry of the Argentine Republic (CGI RA) and as legal advisor to the General Economic Confederation of the Argentine Republic (CGE RA), one of the country’s leading economic organizations, where he provided his expertise in the design and development of economic policies.

His work also extended to several top-level business entities, such as the Central de Entidades Empresarias Nacionales (CEEN) and the General Economic Confederation of Buenos Aires (Metropolitan CGE). In these roles, he worked closely with various business chambers, strengthening Argentina’s economic and business network.

On the international stage, Claudio Iglesias Darriba represented Argentina in the Intellectual Property Program of the International Development Law Organization (IDLO), whose activities are of significant international relevance

Since 1988, he has worked as an independent legal practitioner, integrating in-depth legal knowledge with broad experience in economic consulting, business strategy, and development initiatives.
