Claudio Iglesias Darriba

Claudio Iglesias Darriba, LL.M., PhD., is a distinguished lawyer with a solid academic and professional background. He has held key roles in important economic and business institutions and organizations in Argentina.

Throughout his career, Iglesias Darriba served as Secretary of the General Confederation of Industry of the Argentine Republic (CGI RA) and as legal advisor to the General Economic Confederation of the Argentine Republic (CGE RA), one of the country’s leading economic organizations, where he provided his expertise in the design and development of economic policies.

His work also extended to several top-level business entities, such as the Central de Entidades EMpresarias Nacionales (CEEN) and the General Economic Confederation of the Buenos Aires Metropolitan Area (CGE of Buenos Aires City). In these roles, he worked closely with various business chambers, strengthening Argentina’s economic and business network.

On the international stage, Iglesias Darriba represented Argentina in the Intellectual Property Program of the International Development Law Organization (IDLO), whose activities were of great international significance.

Since 1988, he has practiced as an independent lawyer in Argentina, combining deep legal knowledge with extensive experience in economic and business advisory services and economic development.
