El 12 de junio de 2023 comenzar\u00e1 a regir las \u201ccaducidad parcial\u201d de las marcas registradas. Este tipo de caducidad afectar\u00e1 las marcas registradas, solamente con relaci\u00f3n a aquellos productos o servicios para los cuales no haya sido utilizada en el pa\u00eds dentro los cinco (5) a\u00f1os previos al inicio de la acci\u00f3n de caducidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay excepciones a la caducidad de marcas. No procede, por ejemplo, si median causas de fuerza mayor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>La caducidad de una marca registrada, en Argentina, puede ser solicitada por cualquier persona que demuestre un derecho, o  inter\u00e9s leg\u00edtimo en la solicitud.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This date was established by the amendment to the Trademark Law (Law 22.362) in 2018. As of this reform, the so-called &#8220;defensive trademarks&#8221; will not be allowed.
