{"id":479,"date":"2024-04-24T00:36:04","date_gmt":"2024-04-24T00:36:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/idarriba.com\/?p=479"},"modified":"2024-04-25T17:52:09","modified_gmt":"2024-04-25T17:52:09","slug":"the-importance-for-argentina-of-joining-the-pct","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/idarriba.com\/es\/the-importance-for-argentina-of-joining-the-pct\/","title":{"rendered":"La importancia para Argentina de adherir al PCT y al Sistema de Madrid"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Resulta muy grave que, luego de d\u00e9cadas desde la firma del Tratado de Cooperaci\u00f3n en materia de Patentes (TCP o PCT) la Argentina a\u00fan no ha adherido a dicha norma, que es una de las m\u00e1s exitosas en lo que hace a la internacionalizaci\u00f3n de los derechos industriales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Otra importante omisi\u00f3n ocurre con el Sistema de Madrid (arreglo de Madrid y Protocolo de Madrid) que buscar dar protecci\u00f3n transnacional  de las marcas, y del cual la Argentina tampoco es parte.\nResultar\u00eda altamente favorable para los intereses de quienes registran patentes, tener la posibilidad de acceder a la \u201cfase internacional\u201d de \u00e9stas, lo cual, como se dijo, este vedado, desde hace d\u00e9cadas a quienes registran en Argentina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the map, we can see the few countries that have not yet approved the PCT.
